Terms of Service
Effective April 1, 2026
1. What Euclid provides
Euclid is a hosted API service that provides deterministic computation tools for AI agents via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Tools include math, unit conversions, statistics, date/time arithmetic, encoding, financial formulas, geospatial calculations, colour manipulation, regex execution, and format validation.
2. Accounts
An account is required to use Euclid. Keep your credentials and API keys secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Credits and billing
Euclid uses a credit-based billing system. Each tool call consumes credits. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used. Free-tier credits may be provided at our discretion. Billing is processed through Stripe.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or credit metering
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Resell access to the API without prior written agreement
- Intentionally submit malicious inputs designed to exploit or disrupt the service
5. Accuracy
Euclid tools are deterministic and produce exact results for valid inputs. However, the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for validating that results meet your requirements for your use case.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and outages happen. We will try to give advance notice of planned downtime.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Euclid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
